SUPPLIER QUESTIONS

Before you send the introduction.

Can an agent or broker use this page?

Yes. Identify the principal, the products or services you represent, your role and the manufacturing location or service coverage.

Should we upload every certificate and brochure?

Start with the documents relevant to your selected offer. Name the manufacturer, site and scope clearly. Keep confidential pricing, formulas and other sensitive files out of a general introduction; agree a suitable channel when required.

Can we send a sample immediately?

Describe the material and application first. Where a sample is relevant, agree the specification, quantity, delivery contact and practical arrangements with the team before sending.

Does submission mean our company is approved?

No. The introduction lets the team review fit. Technical qualification, document review and any commercial or purchasing arrangement are separate steps.

Can service providers apply here?

Yes. Use the appropriate category and explain the service scope, locations covered, technical capability and the contact who can discuss the requirement.
