Who reviews my application?

Your preferred location helps us direct your application to the relevant recruitment team. The team reviews your interests, experience or studies and availability, and contacts you if there is a suitable next step.

What should I prepare for an internship discussion?

Have your preferred dates, required duration and any school or university requirements ready. Think about the department and skills that interest you. If there is a potential placement, the team will discuss its work, learning focus and supervision with you.

What if I applied for an advertised role on LinkedIn?

Follow the instructions in that vacancy. You do not need to send a second application through this form unless the recruitment team asks you to.

Will you consider me for future opportunities?

You can choose the optional future-vacancies box when applying. This lets us keep your introduction and CV for twelve months. Leaving it unticked does not affect this application. You can change your mind using the contact details in the applicant privacy notice.

Who handles your introduction

FlavourTech (Offshore) S.A.L. coordinates group recruitment introductions from Ege Serbest Bölgesi, Çınar Sk. No:16, Zafer Mahallesi, 35410 İzmir, Türkiye. Applications relating to Tunisia are reviewed with the local recruitment team at FlavourTech SARL. Your preferred location helps us route your introduction to the appropriate team.

What we collect and why

We ask for your name, phone number, city, country of residence, preferred work location and area, motivation, a relevant work or study example, skills, languages and availability. For internships, we also ask for your preferred department, course, school or university and placement dates. An email address, length of experience, qualifications or training, work or placement permission, work-pattern preference, learning goals and professional profile link are optional. You may also upload a PDF CV. Please include only information relevant to your application. We use these details to consider your introduction, contact you about a suitable opportunity and manage the recruitment process. Please leave out identity documents, health information, bank details and other sensitive information.

How information is handled

Your introduction is received through our website and sent through our company-managed n8n service to a restricted Google Sheets recruitment register. Uploaded CVs are stored in a separate private Google Drive folder, with a link in the register. CVs are also held in protected website storage outside the public website folders; they are not published in the media library. The relevant recruitment team and technical service providers may access information as needed for these purposes. Hosting and Google services may process information outside your country. Contact us for the arrangements and safeguards relevant to your application.

Our reasons for processing

We process applications to assess the employment or placement steps you request, manage recruitment and meet applicable legal obligations, using the grounds available under the relevant law. Considering you for other future vacancies is a separate choice based on your optional consent. Reading this notice is an acknowledgement, not a waiver of your privacy rights.

How long we keep it

Unsuccessful applications, including CVs in Google Drive and protected website storage, are reviewed and removed from the active recruitment records within six months. If you separately choose to be considered for future vacancies, we may keep your application and CV for twelve months from that choice. Records needed for a specific legal obligation or claim are handled separately. Service-provider backups and version history follow their applicable retention arrangements.

Your choices and rights

The future-vacancies box is optional and starts unticked. You can withdraw that consent without affecting the consideration of your current application. To request access, correction or deletion, or exercise other applicable privacy rights, contact [email protected] or write to the İzmir address above. We may verify your request. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority.

Human review

Our recruitment team considers applications. This form does not score applicants or make automated hiring decisions. Sending an introduction does not guarantee a vacancy, interview or placement, and does not subscribe you to marketing.
