Enquiries and customer accounts
When you contact us, we use the name, email address, message and any phone number you provide to answer your enquiry and manage the related business discussion. A callback request requires a phone number. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to advertising or a marketing list.
Account information is used to provide the account services you request. Login and access controls continue to be handled by the existing WordPress and WooCommerce account system. Forms and accounts can create security and transaction records needed to operate them.
Purpose and legal basis
Enquiry and account processing supports the steps you request before a contract, an existing contract, and our legitimate interests in answering business enquiries and protecting the website, as applicable. Optional analytics and advertising use the choices described in our Cookie notice. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it.
Analytics and optional advertising
Google Analytics 4 helps us understand website use when you permit Statistics cookies. Analytics is blocked before that choice. Advertising and remarketing integrations are not currently activated by the website release. A Marketing choice does not subscribe you to emails. Google advertising personalisation is disabled in the current Analytics configuration. WooCommerce order attribution measures order sources after Marketing permission, communicated through WP Consent API.
Google reCAPTCHA
The enquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated spam. Activating it permits this service only; it does not enable the Marketing category. Google can process browser, device and interaction information and use cookies for this security check. Read Google’s privacy information and terms. If you do not wish to activate the service, contact us by telephone instead.
Recipients, transfers and retention
Our commercial team and service providers involved in website hosting, email delivery, accounts, analytics and spam protection may process information relevant to those purposes. Third-party processing may involve countries outside your location. See the named providers’ information and contact us for details of the safeguards applicable to your enquiry.
We retain enquiry and account records for the business purpose involved and applicable record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymise them when no longer needed. Ask us for the retention period relevant to your record. Browser-cookie durations and controls are described in the Cookie notice.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Contact the privacy address above. We may verify the request before acting. You may complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
California privacy choices
Where California law applies, you may request information about the personal information collected, request access, correction or deletion, and exercise applicable rights to opt out of sale or sharing and to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. We will handle requests under the applicable requirements. You may use an authorised agent, subject to appropriate verification. You will not be discriminated against for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Use to turn off optional browser tracking. A recognised Global Privacy Control signal is treated as an opt-out of marketing. To make a request concerning records already held, contact [email protected]. The site does not activate advertising or remarketing integrations in its current release.

Sales enquiry follow-up
For sales enquiries, we may use Pipedrive to manage your contact details, company and country information, enquiry message and follow-up tasks. These details are used to assess and respond to your business enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. General and existing-order enquiries are not automatically added to our sales leads.
