During development, products can be made manually; once in production, any samples are taken from the first production batch. The MOQ truly depends on the specific item: packaging, raw materials, flavours, and expected annual business volume, among other factors. We confirm the MOQ at the quotation stage.

Yes. Pilot batches can be run before full production, for initial testing and market validation.

Our in-house quality team tests batch by batch against the approved benchmark sample. Analyses are run in our own laboratories, and samples are sent periodically to accredited external laboratories to cross-validate the results. Certificates of analysis are available on request and are included in shipment documentation when requested.

We test for microbiological quality, nutritional content, physical and functional properties, sensory profile and shelf life, both accelerated and real time. The tests applied depend on the product.

Yes. COAs are part of our internal process and can be provided upon request. When requested, they’re included in the shipment documentation for the relevant batch.

Yes. Our in-house development team benchmarks a product you already sell, using both analytical and sensory methods, then develops an equivalent formulation. The same team can also formulate to a written specification if you have one. Work begins under a signed non-disclosure agreement, and we work within the intellectual property boundaries that apply to the reference product.

Tell us which material you want, the volume you expect in a year and the market it ships to, and we arrange a sample to run on your own line. If you already buy something comparable, send that sample and it can be benchmarked. In-house development can also formulate to a written specification, with pilot batches before full production.

Every batch is tested in our in-house laboratories against the approved benchmark sample for that material, with periodic cross-validation at accredited external laboratories. That is what keeps the input consistent, so your own process does not have to move when a new batch arrives. Certificates of analysis are available on request.
