During development, products can be made manually; once in production, any samples are taken from the first production batch. The MOQ truly depends on the specific item—packaging, raw materials, flavours, and expected annual business volume, among other factors. We confirm the MOQ at the quotation stage.
We don’t have a fixed maximum. Our production is modular and we scale to meet demand; to date we haven’t had to turn down volumes due to capacity limits. Across all products, we run an aggregate 5,000–6,000 tons per month.
We plan seasonal programs 8–12 months in advance. We start shipping 5–6 months before the season so products arrive roughly 2 months ahead of the start date. We scale production to the order profile, and if we ever foresee a risk to the agreed delivery date, we notify the customer immediately and align on an alternative timeline.
Yes—pilot batches can be run for initial testing and market validation (e.g., small batches before full production).
We do not handle liquids. We only handle dry, semi-dry, or powder formats (e.g., granules and powders), and all our products are shelf-stable.
We hold BRC AA+, IFS Higher Level, and SEDEX. We also have Global Security Verification (GSV), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and anti-bribery certification.
Our in-house Quality team performs batch-by-batch testing to ensure the finished product exactly matches the approved benchmark samples. We run rapid analyses in our own laboratories for quick turnaround and periodically send samples to accredited external labs to cross-validate results. We also deliver ongoing quality training so every team member acts as a quality inspector at each stage.
Microbiological testing, nutritional analysis, physical/functional properties, sensory evaluation, and shelf-life validation (accelerated and real-time) as required per product.
Yes. COAs are part of our internal process and can be provided upon request. When requested, they’re included in the shipment documentation for the relevant batch.
We operate a recall system aligned with BRC and IFS. Its effectiveness is tested 2–3 times a year across all facilities. We also train our market partners on recall procedures. The priority is always consumer safety.
Comprehensive NDAs; controlled access to formulas and production areas; segregated documentation; dedicated equipment cleaning and validated changeovers; confidential scheduling; and vendor disclosure strictly on a need-to-know basis.
Yes. We can reverse-engineer most products you share. While strictly respecting all IP boundaries, we benchmark the target (analytical and sensory) and develop an equivalent—and, where feasible, an improved—formulation. Our aim is not only to match the original but to offer better choices for consumers through enhanced taste, functionality, cost, or clean-label advantages.
