Business Continuity Policy
As a modern and forward-thinking business, FlavorTech recognizes the need to ensure the uninterrupted and trouble-free operation of its business for its customers, shareholders and other stakeholders. To ensure this continuous level of operation, FlavorTech has implemented a Business Continuity Management System (ISMS) in accordance with the international standard ISO 22301:2012
FlavorTech’s policy
- Maintaining a strategy for responding to and recovering from adverse situations consistent with an acceptable level of risk
- To ensure that action is taken whenever possible by adopting appropriate risk controls to prevent an adverse situation from occurring or recurring,
- To maintain a program of activities that ensures our organization’s ability to respond appropriately and recover from adverse situations in accordance with predetermined business continuity objectives,
- Maintain appropriate response plans supported by a clear escalation process.
- Rehearsing response and recovery plans at least once a year,
- To maintain the level of operational failure resilience in line with the risks faced,
- Ensuring that all employees involved in business continuity management are competent based on appropriate education, training, skills and experience,
- Reviewing relevant metrics annually to evaluate whether to change them based on historical data collected and feedback from relevant sources,
- Evaluating ideas for continuous improvement in regular management meetings, prioritizing them and evaluating timelines and benefits,
- To remain consistent with good industry practices in business continuity management and to continuously increase the effectiveness of the Business Continuity Management System in all areas within the scope.
Anti-Bribery Policy
FlavorTech is committed to the establishment, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Anti-Bribery Management System (ARYS) in accordance with the international standard ISO 37001:2016.
We remain committed to high standards of ethical conduct and require all Senior Management, employees, business partners and other stakeholders to comply with this policy, without exception, with everyone they do business with.
